Dr.Will Tuttle, along with his wife Madeleine, will be in India from October 25 to Nov.6, 2017, for a Speaking Tour.
Dr. Will Tuttle, visionary author, educator, and inspirational speaker, has presented widely throughout North America, Europe, and the Pacific. Author of the acclaimed Amazon #1 best-seller The World Peace Diet, which has been published in over 15 languages, he is a recipient of the Courage of Conscience Award as well as the Empty Cages Award. The creator of several wellness and advocacy training programs, he is also co-creator of VeganPalooza, the largest online vegan event. The editor of a recent book on the interconnection of social justice issues, Circles of Compassion: Connecting Issues of Justice, he is also the co-founder of the non-profit Circle of Compassion and the Worldwide Prayer Circle for Animals. A vegan since 1980, he is a frequent radio, television, and online presenter and writer. He is featured in the acclaimed documentary film Cowspiracy as well as the documentary Animals and the Buddha.
Dr. Tuttle’s Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, focused on educating intuition and altruism in adults, and he has taught college courses in creativity, humanities, mythology, religion, and philosophy. A former Zen monk and a Dharma Master in the Korean Zen tradition, he has created eight CD albums of uplifting original piano music. With his spouse Madeleine, a Swiss visionary artist, he lectures extensively throughout North America and worldwide at college campuses, spiritual centers, conferences, and peace, social justice, animal protection, health, and environmental gatherings.

1. Speaking Events willl be held in all major Indian Cities.
2. Dates:From Oct.26 to Nov.05, 2017
3. The prospective city host need to write to indianvegansociety@rediffmail.com to confirm his/her interest to host the event in a particular city. Once confirmed, his/her name will appear on the right hand side on this page.
4. The city host need to finaslise a venue. It should be in a place easily accessible to the public to attend.
5. The venue has to accommodate, ideally, about 200 persons or more.
6. The event may be titled to draw maximum attention of the public. Please include the following in all your publicity materials. Organiser: (Name of the City Host), Tour Coordinator: Satvik Vegan Society-vgan.in
7. If the city host can find a Piano for the event, it would be great. Even without piano, the event can be done.
8. The duration of the event will be for about 3 hours, including talk, questions and answers, signing/sale of the book 'World Peace Diet' and having vegan snacks/food, if any.
9. The time of the event will be generally in the evening, starting between 4pm and 6pm (unless specifically agreed).
10. The city host has to publicise the event to get maximum mileage for veganism and invite the press, public figures, local dignitaries/leaders, opinion makers etc. to make maximum impact of his visit for the benefit of veganism.
11. The city host has to bear the cost of the venue, food, public address systems, publicity etc. from own sources or by finding sponsors, collecting donation or selling tickets.
12. The language of the lecture is English. Therefore, please take care to invite the audience who can understand English.
13. If possible, the city host shall make arrangements for the accommodation, food and local conveyance of Dr.Will Tuttle, Ms.Madeleine Tuttle and 2 other persons accompanying them. If not possible, a donation to meet these expenses is welcome.
14. Type of Piano Required: Ideally a Grand Piano. Second Choice- an upright or spinet piano, Third Choice - digital piano (touch sensitive keys, with 88 keys full keybpard.
